This beautifully converted studio offers the perfect escape for solo travellers and couples. Excellent walking and cycling from the door, perfect for exploring the Suffolk Coast.
Located within the owners garden, on the edge of the forest, guests can enjoy a comfortable king size bed on a mezzanine (limited headroom and ladder access), private shower room and outside space with small kitchen area and smart TV.
Parking for one car only.
The space
Open plan sitting room with comfortable king-size bed on the mezzanine floor (limited headroom and ladder access - see pics) , kitchen area with sink, electric double Hob, microwave, fridge (with box top freezer), toaster and kettle. Smart TV.
Shower room with shower, basin and WC.
Private decked area for seating outside.
Please note if you do not want to use the mezzanine the double sofa bed can be made up by prior arrangement.
NB there is a very friendly dog on site who may greet you!
